The Hired Style website makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

Environmental Policy
We care about the environment too! We aim to reduce the use of plastic or single use plastic where we can. We have chosen eco-friendly packaging, that is either compostable, recyclable or made from recycled materials or plants.

Hired Style is a proud member of the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance (PEBA).
Members of the balloon industry share concerns about the impacts of litter on the environment.
PEBA is driving environmentally responsible change and is committed to reducing balloon litter. We promote responsible use and disposal and aim to eliminate the deliberate release of balloons.
Balance is required to develop policies that are environmentally responsible and do not unnecessarily deprive balloon artists and small business owners of their livelihoods.
LATEX BALLOONS ARE NOT PLASTIC
Latex balloons are a plant-based product made from natural rubber.
Eliminating the deliberate release of balloons and promoting the responsible use and disposal is vital for effective environmentally responsible change.
Shipping
FREE REGULAR SHIPPING – on all our fabulous cards
FLAT RATE $9.95 – allow 2-3 business days to process and dispatch. During holidays and sale periods this could be longer, so please choose express shipping if you need in a short timeframe. Please allow longer timeframe for any custom orders. Please allow 5-8 BUSINESS days for delivery of your order (longer for rural locations, especially WA and NT).
EXPRESS POST $15.95 – allow 1 business day to process and dispatch. Please allow a longer time frame for any custom orders. Delivery times are generally 1-3 BUSINESS days.
We are unable to guarantee or predict an exact delivery date for your order, as we rely on postal carriers which can be unpredictable, so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, so you can keep a track of the delivery.
Where do we ship to?
We currently ship Australia Wide, from Hobart, Tasmania.
Returns & Refunds
Unused and unopened items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We cannot offer any refund or exchange on popped balloons.
No returns on custom orders.
No refunds on postage.
