CANDLES – SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE
You can expect your order to arrive in 14 full business days (after dispatch) depending on where you are shipping to. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or orders lost in transit. Delays can be expected in busy periods before Christmas. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, incorrect delivery details, order changes, stock availability, errors or public holidays.
WE MAKE OUR CANDLES TO ORDER
Candles are made to order. Our supplier is a small batch handmade candle company. In most cases we make your order next business day. During busy periods when products are not in-stock and ready to ship please allow 7-10 full business days excluding shipping time. Custom orders 30 full business days. If you have a deadline please contact us to request a rush order. We will give you precise processing times to ensure your order is dispatched in time for your event or for that special gift.
DAMAGES
Please email propmyparty@hiredstyle.com.au with your order number and photos of the broken or damaged products and we’ll arrange a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
OUR COOKIES (BISCUITS)
Our cookies are a vanilla cookie
Ingredients: Flour, Butter, Icing Sugar, Egg, Vanilla Extract.
Our Cookies are topped with Fondant.
Bakels Pettinice Fondant
Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose (preservative 220) water, Vegetable fats and oils (emulsifiers (322 soy 492), Maize Starch, Vegetable Gum (413), Natural Flavour, Colour (171) Preservative (202) Acidity Regulator (260) Antioxidants (307b soy).
Contains sulphites (from glucose), soy.
All Cookies are hand made with love in our baker’s registered kitchen therefore some variations may occur in cookies, decorations and colours.
Cookies come individually sealed for freshness and will last up to 3 weeks in their original package and or an air tight container. Please store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Our Cookies are Nut free although produced in a kitchen where there may be nut traces.
Our Cookies are sealed and wrapped carefully in tissue paper for delivery. Although Damage may occur in the Shipping process Violet and Zaza do not take responsibility for this.

HIRE ITEMS
ALL QUOTES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
A booking shall only be confirmed once a deposit and signed Hire Agreement has been received by Hired Style.
DEPOSIT
Hired Style requires a 50% deposit to secure the item(s) and date. The balance is to be paid no later than 14 days prior to your event. The 50% hire deposit is non-refundable. When you pay your deposit you also agree to accept Hired Style’s Terms and Conditions of hire.
FULL PAYMENT
Full payment or balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event, along with your bond. Cancellation inside 14 days prior to event will be 100% non-refundable.
BOND
Hired Style require a security bond to be paid, no later than 14 days prior to your event. The bond is specified in this Hire Agreement. The bond shall be returned to the Hiree’s nominated bank account, only upon inspection of hired items as being returned in the same condition. Hired Style reserves the right to hold part of, or the full bond amount to cover the cost of any cleaning, damage or repair to items if they have not been returned under the agreed terms and conditions of hire.
HIRE PERIOD
The hire period shall commence from the dates and times shown on the hire agreement or the time the item(s) are collected by the Hiree/or delivered to the Hiree, whichever is later and will cease when returned to Hired Style, by the agreed return date and time shown on the hire agreement.
In the event that the Hiree fails or refuses for any reason whatsoever to return or make available for collection all the items to Hired Style at the expiration of the hire period, then the Hiree will be in breach of an essential term of this contract and without prejudice to any other rights which Hired Style may have, either pursuant to these terms or at law, the Hiree will be liable to pay Hired Style on a Day-Rate basis for hiring the items for such further period.
USE OF ITEMS
a) The Hiree shall, at all times use the hired item(s) in a proper manner and shall at their own expense ensure the item(s) remains in good condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted.
b) Before accepting the item(s) the Hiree shall note the condition and return the item in the same condition.
c) The Hiree acknowledges that they accept item(s) as is and understands the purpose and intended use of each item, and limitations if any.
d) The Hiree acknowledges that he has not relied upon the skill or judgement of, or any responsibilities made by or on behalf of Hired Style in respect to the item, its proper mode of use or performance.
e) The Hiree indemnifies the owner against all actions, claims, suits, demands or damages in respect of such arising out of the use of the equipment by any persons for any purpose.
RETURN CONDITION
Upon completion of the hiring on the item(s) they must be properly cleaned by the Hiree. The Hiree must follow any special instructions given by Hired Style to ensure item(s) are not damaged whilst cleaning and obtain further advice from Hired Style as required.
DAMAGE TO ITEMS
The Hiree will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item for any reason whatsoever. It is agreed upon completion of the hire period, the whole or any part of the cost of replacement of, or repair to the items or equipment, may be charged to the Hiree and the bond withheld in part or full to repair or replace items if required.
SET UP CONDITIONS
Hired Style shall retain the right to determine if set up of hire items means there is a risk to property or persons in the case of inclement weather or where the site conditions are considered unsafe. If time and materials allow, alternatives may be suggested. The Hiree shall abide by Hired Style’s position in this instance. Hired Style shall not be held liable if through no fault of their own or staff transported or courier are unable to complete the journey to the site because of extreme traffic, weather, vehicle break down, or any event out of their control.
If the Hiree is to set up the hired items themselves, Hired Style excepts no responsibility for incorrect installation.
TERMINATION
Hired Style may terminate this agreement and cancel and repossess any item(s) under the following circumstances –
a) If the Hiree fails to pay any hiring charges prior to the timeframes stipulated herein.
b) If the Hiree does or permits any act or thing whereby Hired Style’s rights in the item may be prejudiced.
c) If the Hiree commits any breach of this agreement.
COVID POLICY
There is no refund on bookings cancelled due to covid. We will however happily postpone your booking to a new date (within 2 years) subject to availability. Any materials purchased by Hired Style that cannot be used for the new date, will need to be repurchased by the Hiree at the Hiree’s expense (for example sign decals, fresh foliage, balloon garland already made etc).
Should Hired Style be required to mandatory isolate, you will be offered a full refund or the option to postpone to a new date.
